Book A Barber is not a party to the agreement between the barber and the customer. We simply provide the technological platform for the booking. Any disputes regarding the quality of service, missed appointments, refunds, or other matters arising from the barber-customer relationship are solely between the barber and the customer. We are not responsible for resolving such disputes.
